Just a 20-minute walk to one of the best beaches on the island — five minutes by car. Five minutes to the center of town, too. From the front yard, Miacomet Golf Course is only a straight shot away (with a 5-iron). The house offers a private and pastoral view of the fields of working Bartlett’s Farm where you can shop for fresh and tasty pies and organically-grown Nantucket produce. Some of the most spectacular sunsets you’ll ever see are just off the back deck. The deck has a gas grill and deck furniture so you can catch beautiful, unobstructed views of the evening sky with family and friends. Stargazers will love it too. The kitchen is supplied with everything you’ll need to prepare meals and the dining table seats eight comfortably. You will feel cozy — if not at home — with the decor and the light, bright, colorful surroundings under an open living room vaulted ceiling.
The floor plan is very inviting. The house has three bedrooms with the first-floor master bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed and full bath. The two bedrooms on the second floor have twin beds with a full bath off the hallway. The house sleeps six comfortably. A full stock of bed and bath linens are supplied. A spacious washer and dryer are located on the first floor in their own laundry room. For beach goers there is an outdoor enclosed shower (hot & cold water) as well to wash the sand off after your relaxing day in the surf. We have a highchair and portable crib for toddlers. Of course, we have cable TV and WiFi Internet access, but with so much to do and see on the island you may find yourself using very little of either.
After vacationing on Nantucket for years ourselves, we’ve thought of everything to make your stay as carefree as possible. You’ll enjoy these and many more amenities:
